Wine Cellar
The inspiration for our wine list comes firstly due to the restaurant being in a Mediterranean country, and secondly, from the restaurant's location on the shoreline of the old port of Caesarea.
Alongside regional wines coming from producers in the Zichron-Yaacov and Binyamina regions, we make sure to choose wines that reflect current tendencies in both the local and international world of wine. The selection of wines is curated with much thought on suitability to our seasonal food menu whilst complementing chef Amos Sion's culinary signature.
Project PELE
“PELE” is a wine exclusively crafted for us in limited quantity by the Margalit Winery. The wine composition consists of 55% Margalit-Blanc and 45% Chardonnay grapes. Margalit Blanc is a unique breed discovered and cultivated by Assaf and Yair Margalit in their vineyard in Zichron Yaakov.
The wine was produced in honour of the 20th anniversary of the Helena at the Caesarea Port restaurant. This unique blend was carefully chosen by us out of several versions prepared for us by Assaf Margalit during a blind tasting.
